岗位职责 Project Management：

l 活动策略发想及撰写并独立提案 Strategic event & proposals planning, copywriting and pitching skills are must;

l 主导和参与活动创意发想、脑力风暴与方案与参与客户工作项目简报 Take the lead in creative thinking & brainstorming and assist in clients reporting presentation;

l 配合专案负责人实施大型活动的文案编写 Assist project leader for any copywriting related tasks for large-scale events;

l 项目市场背景理解和活动行业的趋势研究 Project background study with up-to-date knowledge with industry and trend information through research and other channels;

l 参与活动执行

Assist and participate in related project events;

l 英文听说读写熟练，可独立面对国际客户，用双语进行沟通和提案 Proficient in English communication with capability of handling international clients independently: advanced level in English listening, speaking, reading and writing level;

l 具收集/ 研究/ 分析产业品牌传播策略及活动亮点能力 Research/analyze different brands' communication strategies and related events hosting trends etc.;

l 熟悉多媒体运用，娱乐演艺表演艺术，流行趋势 Familiar with multimedia application, entertainment performance art, popular trend;

l 喜欢团队作战并具良好沟通及协调能力，责任感强，富有创造激情 Good communication and coordination skills with strong sense of responsibility and passionate for creative and events industries;

l 完成上级主管交待的其他工作 Complete other work as requested by top management

任职要求 Requirements：

1. 5年以上活动及展览相关资历，1-2年以上团队管理经验 Work experience: 5 years or above in related activities and exhibitions. 2 years or above in team management

2. 有策略思考 ，创意发想及独立作业能力 Strategic & creative thinking with independent working ability;

3. 设计概念提案能力强 Strong design concept proposal write-up and pitching capability;

4. 手绘及相关计算机软件运用能力强 Competent of hand drawing and related computer software;

5. 优先考虑：熟悉材质及相关制作流程，具工作计划及预算管理能力 Prefer with production materials and related production process experiences, project planning and budget management skills;

6. 额外技能：影像或舞台演出发包管理 Extra credits for experience with video image or stage performance management;

7. 熟悉多媒体及灯光运用，娱乐演艺表演艺术，流行趋势 Familiar with multimedia + lighting application, entertainment performance art, popular trend etc.;

8. 具有团队合作精神和很强的协作能力，判断能力、整合能力及决策能力，责任感强，富有创造激情 Team spirit with strong working/judgment/decision-making ability, multi-tasking mind-set with strong sense of responsibility and passionate for creative and event industry;

9. 具备英文沟通能力 Must be bilingual capable (Chinese + English)
