This position is responsible for all aspects of materials management activity.

This includes: Accurate and timely SAP MRPII system planning, inventory control strategies and tactical execution, warehouse receiving and shipping, customer service and demand planning, supply chain scheduling and priority control, freight and logistics support.

1.Directs the accurate and timely update of the SAP MPS/MRP system to support weekly and daily production and supply chain scheduling.

2.Inventory levels monitoring, pro-activity in solutions to minimise inventory

3.Manages the capacity plans and identifies out of balance line capacity. Recommends adjustments to insure optimal throughput and cost efficiencies.

4.Manages the weekly and daily dispatch schedule, and maintains priorities to achieve 100% customer on-time deliveries, and production throughput efficiencies.

5.Leads material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control activity to insure efficient material movement, storage, and accurate inventory records.

6.Monitors program launches, and product changes. Implements countermeasures and adjusts planning systems to avoid any line down.

7.Customs declaration. Manages import and export logistics to comply with local rules and regulations

8.Transportation & Shipping management. Cost control of the logistics operations.

9.Develops materials planning staff to insure maximum team work, and technical capability in executing daily planning and control responsibilities.

10.Leads development of goals and objectives for the department to develop team work, motivation, performance metrics, and align with overall strategies.

岗位要求：

B.S. degree in business operations management, industrial engineering, or related technical discipline.

本科及以上学历，工业工程，运营管理等相关专业

Ten (10) years of related materials management experience and achievement.

10年以上相关工作经验

A working knowledge of high volume manufacturing operations, warehouse

shipping and receiving, ERP planning systems,

strong mathematical and analysis skills required.

熟悉生产运营，仓库管理，ERP计划，有良好的数据分析能力。

Excellent communication skills in

English and Mandarin are required.

Strong personal computer skills, and MS Office

(excel, word, power point).
