Job Description

Creating sales and profit for the company by hunting new/ existing customer and managing sales hunter team

通过开发新客户、维护老客户为公司创造销售和利润,负责销售团队人员的选拔、培训、激励及考核等,推进整体团队完成销售目标;

  • Be continously proactive in maximising business opportunities, market share, account growth & margin protection

积极主动的促进商业机会、扩大市场份额、确保收入以及利润的持续增长

  • Ensure profound awareness of current producs, services, competitors and market trends
充分理解公司的产品和服务的有关知识,关注竞争对手情况和市场发展趋势
  • Manage team of sales hunters, responsible for hunting new customers and promote ITAB’s products and services to potential customers
带领销售团队,推进开拓新客户资源,并向潜在客户推广ITAB的产品和服务
  • Develop and execute sales strategy, prioritize target customers to maximize sales and profit, actively manage pipeline of prospects
制定和执行销售策略,划分目标客户的优先等级,实现销售和利润的***化,拓展和管理销售渠道。
  • Develop proposition and offering promotional material, ensure sales hunters develop relevant sales and skills
指导并提供宣传材料,确保销售人员发展相关的销售技巧
  • Drive Business Development planning for opportunities, prospects and how to develop new opportunities with existing customers
推动商业机会、潜在客户的业务拓展计划,注重深挖老客户的新需求
  • Monitor and ensure sales hunters achieve sales targets
监督并确保销售人员实现销售目标
  • Advise on product development and sales support capability strategy, develop go-to-market strategy for new products, ensure constant flow of market feedback
为产品开发和销售支持策略提供建议,为新产品制定营销策略,确保持续不断的市场反馈。
  • Adopt a insight and solution based sales approach to expand customer demand and avoid commoditization
采用基于洞察力和解决方案的销售方法深挖客户需求,避免单一的销售产品思维
  • Develop and exeute on marketing strategy, drive marketing campaigns as based on company and market needs
制定和执行营销策略,结合公司战略规划和市场需求来推动营销活动

知识和技能
10+ years Business Development experience in a solution selling enviorment, preferably in the retailer sector:
  • 10年以上解决方案销售经验,具有零售业的销售经验者优先

    • Solution based sales includes: concept/commercial lighting sales digital/software related solutions, equipment systems etc.

基于解决方案的销售包括:商业道具/商业照明/数字化智能系统等

  • Experience from managing sales hunter teams and engaging in own business development activities

销售团队管理以及独立业务拓展的经验

  • Experiences in large account sales development, reporting and targeting

    大客户业务开发、分析和定位方面的经验

  • Should work as part of management team, shaping the business stategy, go-to-market strategy, product development direction and sales and pricing strategy

    作为管理团队成员,共同构建业务战略、市场营销策略,为产品研发方向以及销售和定价战略提供决策依据。

  • Proven track record in developing senior relationships in retail outside of procurement.

    在零售领域(采购除外)有坚实出色的业绩历史

  • Previous experience in retail sector preferably China market.

    有零售业经验,特别是中国市场的经验

  • Demostrable track record of developing growth in direct sales.

    直接销售增长的可示范记录

  • Possess connections and proven relationships with multiple target customers

  • Solution minded and not pure product sales background - ability to relate to customer needs and create customized solutions that fit their needs
