Senior Architect

Job Summary

• To support principal designer and director on design, team leading and project management.
• Conduct junior designers’ design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings;
• Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages;
• Take charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.

• 配合主任设计师或总监深化设计，组织设计团队深化和管理项目；
• 指导基层的设计与绘图能力，保证项目出图质量；
• 组织项目的阶段性汇报和资料整理；
• 组织配合后续设计阶段的工作，方案效果贯彻到后续设计工作，保证项目最终效果。

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors;
• At least 8 years’ working experience in large Class-A design institute or company architecture scheme design
• Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project;
• Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as CAD, Adobe, Sketchup, Revit, etc;
• Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit; strong organizing and cooperating ability.
• Preferable P.R.C or foreign registered.

• 建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历；
• 8年以上大型甲级设计院或公司建筑方案设计的工作经验，
• 参与或负责过项目设计的全过程；
• 能熟练操作相关设计和办公软件，如： CAD, Adobe, Sketchup, Revit, etc等；
• 良好的英语听说读写能力；
• 具有较强的责任心、组织协调能力和团队精神。
• 中国籍候选人或已有工作签证的外籍候选人
