一、 我们希望的翻译或初级项目经理应具备：

1，大学本科学历以上（应届毕业生优先）；

2，外语或计算机科学相关专业；

2，或1-2年项目管理经验的社会人士；

3，英文听说能力良好，听说读写流利

4，愿意将项目管理作为职业发展目标；

善于交流，性格外向开朗。

二、这个岗位开始是由翻译人员做起，主要负责(并不限于)如下事项：

1，翻译项目游戏行业的生产制作文档；指定项目的反馈等文档的翻译；

2，会议/电话会议，或者诸如客户来访等活动的现场翻译；

3，翻译其他相关的商业文档，诸如工作证等等；

4，维护内部系统的翻译文档更新。

5，在熟知项目和行业知识之后，该角色会作为初级项目经理开始管理项目事务：

6，在资深项目经理或项目经理主管的监督下，管理小规模的5-10之间的团队的项目；

7，和客户进行日常生产和反馈收集的沟通；

8，跟踪项目进程和团队成员的每日活动；

9，确保项目数据及时准确地收集完备；

三、在熟知项目和行业知识之后，该角色会作为初级项目经理开始管理项目事务：

1，在资深项目经理或项目经理主管的监督下，管理小规模的5-10之间的团队的项目；

2，和客户进行日常生产和反馈收集的沟通；

3，跟踪项目进程和团队成员的每日活动；

4，确保项目数据及时准确地收集完备；

5，预警潜在项目或人员方面的潜在风险 。

1. The Junior producer or Translator we’re seeking for are with:

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of project management experience who is with good English skills;

Proficiency on both writing and spoking English.

Willing to be devoted to the project management and take it as the career;

Be good at communication, out-going personality;

Educational background: Bachelors.

The ideal candidate should include a Degree in Computer Science or Foreign Language Specialty or equivalent;

Problem-solving oriented

Job Description:

As starter, this role (known as a Translator) is mainly focusing on translation stuff no limited to the following:

Translating production documentations on game developing industry; feedback for assigned projects;

Translating for meetings/calls or events such as guess visiting;

Translating other documentations such as business documentations, work license, etc.

Maintaining data and updating on internal systems;

After getting familiar with the production and industrial knowledge, this role (now known as a Junior Producer)

is starting on project management stuff:

Managing small scale projects with team of 5-10 members under senior or Lead producer’s supervision;

Communicating with client on daily production tracking and feedback gathering;

Tracking project progress and team members daily activities;

Ensuring production data are well collected in the manner of timely and accurate;

Alerting any potential risks on both project and staffing wise.
