Job Description
主要职责
- Clients’ briefingacceptance, coordination between designers and clients
- Project timelinemaking and follow up accordingly
- Bidding documentspreparation (including budget template for vendors, design briefing documents,etc)
- Technical drawing(from setup vendor) check and correction
- Move in scheduleplanning
- Productionprogress supervision
- Coordinationamong setup, AVL and other thirty parties
- Mock-upsupervision
- Samples check andcorrection (Production materials and artworks)
- Design bookletmaking (artwork materials checklist)
- Organize and supervisedocuments and their submission
- Setup progressand quality supervision onsite
- Coordination withother partners onsite
- Host dailymeeting onsite and provide daily report during setup period.
- Making debriefreport and host debrief meeting after each show.
任职要求
- At least 8 yearsof working experience in construction management
- At least 3 yearsof working experience in autoshow exhibition (B level show), luxury brand ispreferred
- Proficient knowledge inconstruction and materials (including carpenter, artwork, electrician, etc.)
- Ability to coordinatebetween setup and AVL vendors
- Ability to readtechnical drawing, CAD software proficiency is preferred
- Ability to submitcorrect documentation to exhibition organizers
- Projectmanagement skills and vendor management
- Goodcommunication skill with clients
- Willing to acceptfrequent business travels in mainland China
- Excellent skillsin both English and Chinese
