岗位职责：

1.国内外高端商业医疗保险福利查询

2.保险账单的审核及结算

3.按要求整理归档保险资料，向保险公司提交

4.保险账款核对及数据分析，及时跟进、处理应收账款

5.及时查阅、处理及回复保险公司的电话/邮件。

6.配合诊所解答保险客户的疑问。

7.完成领导交代的其它工作

入职要求：

1.本科或以上学历

2.流利的英语听、说、读、写能力

3.熟练操作office办公软件

4.工作细致，责任感强，具备良好的沟通能力，有较强的团队合作意识。

5.有医学背景或保险相关工作经验者优先
