The role
As a part of the Seller Experience team, you are facing our Potential KA sellers directly, solving their inquires timely is the basic requirement to you. At the same time, you'll be required to collect the daily feedback and summarize them together and report up directly, so that we could get hear more voices from sellers and make improvements so as to maintain a long-term mutual beneficial relationship.
The role will report to the Senior Operation Manager from Seller Experience Dept
Responsibilities
? Providing excellent service to our Potential KA sellers by answering their inquires through tickets or Group chat or phone, in a professional and timely manner to increase satisfaction rate
? Providing proactive logistic advice so as to build a stable and long-term relationship with Potential KA sellers
? Discuss internally with related Dept to see how to improve logistic solutions to support PKA Sellers on growing GMV
? Assisting on project improvements from PKA sellers’ perspective
? Be responsible share any logistic updates with PKA sellers
? Coordinate with team members to improve overall satisfaction
? Perform other related duties as assigned
? Understand and adhere to LEL Values. Keep abreast of all pertinent country, regional and LEL regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified
Qualifications & Skills
? Good logic on understanding Cross border supply chain
? Diploma holder in International trade, Logistics, English or related discipline
? Minimum 2 years experiences in Customer Support, or Supply Chain/Logistics Operations
? Good service sense and be patient towards inquires and detail-oriented
? Good logic on understanding Cross border supply chain
? Good English and Mandarin is highly preferred (Role based in Shenzhen, China)
