Principal Accountabilities:

Provide administrative support to include (but not limited to):

Receive and route incoming calls, and greet visitors. Project professional attitude toward customers, both internal and external

Set up and maintain department files

Obtain and assist in compilation, organization, and processing of certification documentation

Provide the sorting and distribution of mail for assigned department

Scheduling of meetings and appointments
会议支持和协调
Maintain IT devices records
维护IT设备记录
Hotel and transportation and air tickets booking by request
协助酒店和机票的预定
Booking stationery and make stationery stock
负责办公用品的预定事宜
Update staff information table timely
更新员工联系表
Perform other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications:
任职要求:
Bachelor’s degree.
学士学位
A minimum of three (3) years related experience.
至少3年相关经验
Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等办公软件
Advanced PowerPoint skills, including how to create templates for presentations.
高级PowerPoint技能,包括如何创建演示文稿模板
Excellent writing and oral English.
良好的英语写作和口语能力
Ability to take on projects, work independently and successfully meet deadlines.

Experience in operating standard office equipment.

Capability of handling sensitive and confidential information.

Typing at 60 wpm accurately.
