Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES / 职能权责


  • Assisting Senior Technical Manager, providing necessary technical data and correct information;
  • 协助资深技术经理,提供必要的技术数据和正确的信息;


  • Checking and verifying RFQs and drawings from customers, and providing type selection to HQ;
  • 检查和验证客户的询价和图纸,并向总部提供初步选型;


  • Answering and addressing various technical questions and concerns from customers;
  • 回答并解决客户的各种技术问题和关切;


  • Reviewing technical plans and drawings from HQ;
  • 审查总部提供的技术方案和图纸;


  • Sending instruction manuals and test reports from HQ to customers;
  • 发送使用维护手册和测试报告;


  • Training key customers on operation and maintenance during product installation;
  • 培训关键客户在产品安装过程中进行操作维护;


  • Supporting Sales Manager China in visiting active customers to make product presentation, or collect usage feedback information, and submitting Visit Reports to HQ;
  • 支持销售经理访问活跃客户,进行产品陈述,或收集使用反馈信息,并向总部提交访问报告;


  • Inspecting and maintaining products, or troubleshooting problems at customer sites when necessary, and submitting Service Report with problems and solutions to HQ and customers;

  • Managing and organizing local spare parts for ESS;

  • Managing and monitoring contingency responses;

  • Archiving drawings, instruction manuals, test reports and other product and service documents;

  • Managing and updating Local Spare Parts Inventory Control, Local Spare Parts Usage Record, and After Sales Service Record monthly;

  • Supporting HQ’s technical functions (in accordance with Head of Sales Dept., Head of Sales Dept. – Telescopic Forks, Head of Sales Dept. – ESS, Sales Area Manager, and Head of After Sales Dept.).

  • Practicing project management, including production progress and delivery forecast;

REQUIREMENTS / 职位要求


  • Education: College degree or above, major in automatic machinery / electrical engineering / mechatronics or related;
  • 教育背景:大专或以上学历,自动化机械/电气工程/机电一体化或相关专业,电气相关专业优先,对特别优秀者或可适当放宽;


  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in related industries or positions;
  • 工作经验:至少2-4年相关行业或职位的工作经验,具备同类行业或中小企业工作经验者优先;


  • Professional Skills: Reading and modifying electrical/wiring diagrams; Familar with Siemens PLC and different electrical/electronic components;
  • 专业技能: 阅读和修改电气原理图;熟悉西门子 PLC 和不同的电气/电子元件;


  • Languages Proficiency: Mandarin and English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
  • 语言能力:国语标准,沟通流畅;英语听说读写,满足日常交流需要,对特别优秀者或可适当放宽;


  • Information Technology: Office and productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Skype, and professional applications, such as AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D;
