Manage performance, generate and update monthly report / key scorecard per requirement. Make analysis for the root cause and gap to provide solution / suggestion for result improvement. Prepare for the management review accordingly.

Initiate S&OP Maturity opportunity to improve process effectiveness, operation efficiency, people competency and data/result quality.

Be responsible for PLAN KPI report, Company Level reporting develop and enhancement. And seek for improvement opportunity based on analysis and business needs.

Manage SC Data Management function to support enterprise product master data activities. And define the risk and opportunity when necessary to adopt the requirement or change of business / process / system, etc.

Other projects and tasks assigned by Supply Chain Head

Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures

Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience in Supply Chain functions is required, experience in Commercial is preferred.

Ability to learn new technologies and strong problem solving skill is required

Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, FPx, training and certification is preferred.

Strategy Development, Strategic Planning, Strategic Thinking skills with Leadership skills – results orientation is required.

Strong communication and change management experience is required.
