Consumer Lead Auditor

岗位职责：

• Independently and without direct supervision performs and manages assigned Audit Programs. Conducts evaluations and audits at a supplier’s/factory’s facility as required by the client/factory;

  能独立并且在没有直接监督下履行并管理指派的审核计划。根据客户/工厂要求，在供应商/工厂的场所执行评价和审核；

• Provides technical support to Regional Trainers/Field Supervisors by responding to and answering technical questions requested in the field;

  回应并答复所请求的技术问题，对区域培训师/区域主管提供技术支持；

• Use in-depth knowledge of international, national and local laws, norms and protocols to partner with the Regional Trainer/Field Supervision to review and update assessment tools based on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and quality system standards;

  利用自身深入了解的国际、国家和地方法律、规范和准则方面的知识，与区域培训师/区域主管协作以评审和更新基于现行良好生产规范（cGMP）和质量体系标准的评估工具；

• Acts as a Competent Evaluator for Auditor field evaluations during assigned audits by either managing, supervising and/or serving as an audit team member or lead auditor. Conducts field observations and witness audits of Auditors;

  在所指派的审核中通过管理、监督和/或担任审计团队成员或主任审核员等方式，作为合格评价师对审核员进行现场评估。实施审核员的现场观察和见证审核；

• Maintains specialized qualifications where a higher level of auditing skills and methodology is required;

  保持较高级别审核技能和方法所要求的专业资质；

• Issues competency reports to the Regional Trainers and CRS management regarding the technical competency and audit performance of the Auditors evaluated in the field;

  向区域培训师/区域主管提交审核员现场评估的技术能力和审核表现方面的能力报告；

• Performs field reviews of the Client’s/Factory’s Quality and Compliance Management systems and processes to assure compliance with client/factory requirements;

  审阅客户/工厂的质量或合规管理体系和过程以保证符合客户/工厂的要求；

• Follows appropriate company administrative, personnel, confidentiality, business ethics, conflict of interest and safety policies and procedures;

  遵守适当的公司管理、人事、保密、商业道德、利益冲突和安全等方面的制度和程序；

• Performs other duties as directed.

  履行所指示的其他职责。

任职资格：

• University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) required. Prefer Graduate Science/Arts Degree in:

• Food or Pharma Sciences, Engineering, Technology, or similar;

• Must hold one or more scope specific professional credential(s) or be capable of attaining is a plus, such as: CQA, RABQSA, IRCA, RAC, etc. REHS, CP-FS, GFSI recognized auditor credential, etc;

• Three years related work experience in manufacturing or retail sectors in technical, supply chain, retail operations, quality assurance or food safety and/or equivalent experience in environmental health, public health or relevant experience;

• Willingness and ability to travel to other countries, states, regions, provinces and or throughout any assigned or designated country;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

• Excellent oral communication skills, capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct opening and closing conferences in front of multiple people;

• Excellent mathematical skills and analytical skills. Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes;

• Ability to lead a team of auditors during the execution of a project and/or specialized audits;

• Proficient in internet navigation, e-mail and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
