DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Office management including car / hotel / flight etc. booking, stationery procurement, printer/copier/computer arrangement
Control Administration expense against annual budget
Meeting organization and branch activities arrangement
Understanding business operation and activity
Data input and quality assurance of contract
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
College diploma above; administrative major is preferred.
1+ years working experiences in administration in multinational company
internship experiences as a receptionist is acceptable
Experienced computer skills; familiar with ERP system or financial system is preferred
Good team worker
工作内容及职责
负责及时、准确接听/转接前台电话,如需要,记录留言并及时转达;
接待来访客人;
协助公司各部门同事预订车辆、酒店、航班等。
维护公司办公设施,如打印机、复印机,电脑等事宜。
协助安排会议以及公司活动。
输录系统数据。
职位要求:
大专以上学历;文秘、行政管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先考虑。
1年以上跨国公司行政工作经验优先考虑。
有较强的服务意识,熟练使用电脑办公软件,对ERP或财务系统有一定了解。
富有团队精神。
