To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive in store concierge service and ensure Lane Crawford standards are consistently executed at all times
提供友好的、专业、负责的店内礼宾服务,按照连卡佛标准的礼宾标准执行
To provide a full range of concierge services to customers and be proactive in responding to their needs ? 为客户提供全方位的礼宾服务,积极主动的回应客户的需求
To be highly aware and fully conversant with the most recent trends and newest products of fashion and lifestyle 具备敏锐的时尚趋势视觉,时刻关注最新的时尚及生活方式产品
To maintain and update customer information and encourage repeat business by building relationships with all concierge customers
维护和更新客户信息,通过持续性的礼宾服务与客户建立良好的关系
To professionally handle all customer comments and complaints
专业地处理客户意见和投诉
To understand and perform all tasks for the benefit of the customer relating to Lane Crawford systems
了解连卡佛最新政策及系统以及与客户相关的所有优惠信息
To communicate and collaborate with other departments effectively in store and head office to fulfill specific requests from customers
与其他部门进行有效的合作和沟通,满足客户需要
To maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, courtesy, positive attitude and overall presentation at all times
保持个人仪容仪表,礼貌的最高标准,在任何时候都能展现出积极的态度和表现
Requirements 任职要求:
Matriculated or above
高中以上学历
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a service field (retail, hospitality etc)
至少两年以上相关工作经验,零售业、酒店行业优先
Strong service mindset
强烈的客户服务意识
Customer focused with a pleasant and outgoing personality
以顾客为中心,性格友好、开朗
Good problem solving abilities
具备良好的问题解决能力
Good command of English and Mandarin
良好的英语及普通话技能
Computer literate
能熟练操作计算机
