RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working as part of the APAC Regional Demand Generation and Programs team to:

  • Assess market and sales condition in collaboration with APAC theatre segment leads, Global Marketing teams and local field teams to define promotional opportunities that generate qualified leads and drive incremental demand.
  • Evaluate promotional offers and programs from global marketing team and define relevance for APAC markets.
  • Create quarterly promotional plan 30 days ahead of upcoming quarter reflecting both applicable global offers and theatre-driven offers
  • Work with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Product Management, Solutions Marketing and other functional teams to perform necessary financial analysis for promotional offer approval.
  • Work with marcom, legal, digital functions to develop promotional assets and channel/end user content needed by each market
  • Execute internal and broad-based channel enablement communication and activities to ensure promotions and campaigns are communicated and adopted by local markets and channel partners
  • Work with MDT and ISR to ensure they are fully briefed on promotions and partner campaigns and gain feedback on lead quality, creating a continuous improvement cycle
  • Reporting and tracking of promotions and campaign performance through: Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, Google Analytics, Website, tracking codes and others, as appropriate
  • Maintain a library of promotional efforts and results. Document learnings to guide future development.
  • Attend corporate meetings where relevant to present related plans, results and recommendations as appropriate
  • The work may involve supporting other demand generation efforts and duties in the APAC marketing function


CAPABILITIES:

  • Proven ability for self-management, motivation and prioritisation of activities.
  • Experience in marketing and sales support in a B2B organisation
  • Experience in developing, executing and tracking successful lead generation marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain multiple projects at once
  • Proven ability to work with and go-to-market with in-country field marketing teams
  • Ability to develop marketing materials, sales collateral, write basic copy and content
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, professional business environment.
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate in a highly matrixed environment with all levels of management
  • Has excellent attention to detail, can handle budgeting, logistics, and is diligent with record keeping


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years marketing experience in IT industry, preferably in lead generation and promotions for technology products
  • Channel marketing experience in partner segmentation and marketing to/through/with channel partners a plus
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and Mandarin
  • Strong data analytic skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and have a can-do attitude
  • Strong comfort level in working virtually with global or cross regional teams and in cross cultural environment
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter. Be able to work independently and in small team settings
  • Availability and willingness to work flexible hours which include early morning and late evening working hours, when required.
