JOB PURPOSE

工作职责

• 负责喷漆工作，包括清洗，打磨，打腻子，底漆面漆及花纹喷涂，材料为铸铁，铸铝及ABS

• Responsible for cleaning, degreasing, grinding, filling, primer/final coating and structure painting(Casting metal, ABS and Aluminum parts)

• 能够读懂英文说明书，及BOM，以及设备技术信息

• Can read English BOM and Machine Card

• 能够熟练掌握喷漆工艺

• Be familiar for painting process

• 了解精益生产基础知识，具备改善意识

• Be aware basic lean knowledge and be improvement consciousness

• 工作需要时可能临时支援或借调给供应链和生产部门

• Temporarily support/work in other supply chain production departments in case of business need.

• 由主管或经理安排的其它工作

• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager

• 良好的5S经验，熟知5S的要求，并严格按照要求执行。

• Be good at for 5s both for knowledge and implementation

• 执行力

• Strong execution

• 可以接受三班倒班工作

• Can work with three shifts (Moring/Evening/Night shift)

  QUALIFICATIONS

  职位要求

• 四年以上大型公司喷涂经验

• More than four years of experience in painting position

• 有天车证(优先)

• Crane license priority

• 能使用简单英语沟通将会优先考虑。
  Simple English communication will be a plus.

• 服从安排，有团队协作精神，有不断改善意识

• Can obey work arrangement; have team work spirits and awareness of continuous improvement.

• 认真严谨、为人真诚，责任心强，数字观念强

• Honest, careful, responsible person, and be sensitive with numbers

• 高中以上学历

• Graduate at least from senior high school

• 可以胜任倒班工作, 家住武清区优先考虑

• Can do shift work, living in Wuqing area will be preferred
