Purpose of the Position:

Function as a scientist/engineer assistant in the R&D labs and in field environment to support lab testing and produce evaluation in the labs.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Able to perform lab experiments & characterization and data recording independently;
• Support experiment design, data analysis, results interpretation and make good documentation;
• Proactively improve the experiment/testing process and propose new ideas; able to implement the solutions religiously under the directions of SME;
• Support the design, setup and installation of lab tools and equipment;
• Support other lab daily activities, such as EHS, equipment maintenance, chemical management, etc;
