Duties and responsibilities：

1.Long and short term planning for the whole Collection department: planning of number of calls, human resources needed, even number of letters send by the company;

2.Changes to collection strategies: analyzing collections strategies and proposing improvements – optimizing the way we collect the money;

3.Data Analysis: querying data from database using SQL and preparing them as inputs for further analyses;

4.Reporting: creating and maintaining of reports focused on operations from different systems and for different target audience – from operators to CEO.

Requirements:

1.(Education): Master degree – mathematics, statistics, econometrics, finance, IT;

2.(Experience/Skills): Proficient in MS Excel, experience with SQL. These 2 tools are used in day-to-day job;

3.(English request): CET 4 or above, fluent English;

4.Eager to learn；

5.Experience/Skills): Experience with business modeling/data analysis/reporting. Professional certification (finished or ongoing) is plus;

6.(English request): previous direct supervisor is a foreigner.
