Responsibilities

? Support month end closing process for PO accrue and IO creation and data hygiene maintain.

? Support daily work for people cost, external resource cost, HC management at GCR level.

? Support, on a daily basis, for GCR level reporting simplification and automation project.

? Support month end flash publish, full year budget model building and PCN creation.

? Support data upload during budgeting season.

? Under FTE’s guidance, provide analysis and comments for business decision making

? Complete other ad-hoc request per manager’s ask.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's or master’s degrees in computer science, mathematics, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, business or relevant.

? 3-5 years analytical working experience in MNC companies, big 4 is a plus.

? Master level of MS office software especially MS excel. (An excel test will be conducted during interview).

? Fluent in both English and Chinese mandarin, overseas working or study experience is a plus.

? Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Good attitude and curiosity towards work and career development.

? Be able to work in high stress circumstances.
