Be responsible for preparing DC long term capacity to ensure logistics reliability of supporting business requirement. Work with upstream (planning team and business team), downstream (DC ops) to identify the risk and mitigation plan. Play as a bridge to integrate IB/OB flow for a holistic flow capacity plan. Prefer to have ops or planning background.

Data analysis and flow planning:

• Study the current CLC capacity plan (IB/OB/Storage demand vs. capacity) and support to set up the data model to for DC long-term planning.
• Provide necessary data analysis to support reverse warehouse capacity model maintenance and further development.
• Integrate future order book of all business channels to drive an even product flow plan E2E at DC.

Communication

• Regular meeting with external functions to obtain the most updated business input.
• Take lead of internal discussion to drive GFP internal alignment.
• Proactively voice out the risks/data discrepancy and drive the further alignment.
