职位描述

Responsibilities:

• Delivers every idea and assignment with creativity and passion.
• Proven conceptual ability to create smart, strategic creative campaigns.
• Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing.
• Robust knowledge of print design, print production and retouching required.
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas, present to groups internally and externally.
• Open communication with supervisor to share progress of work and design and communicates with team.
• Manages time wisely across jobs, meets agreed upon deadlines and is accountable and responsible for their work.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Positive, passionate and professional.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Art Director in either a 4A or credible independent agency.
• Integrated thinker and master storyteller who can think of ideas that can engage across multiple media touch points.
• Excellent creative skills which allow you to generate strong powerful ideas from print, Outdoor, In-store, TV to Digital.
• Possess a brilliant and diverse portfolio of campaigns which includes works ranging from print, TV to Digital.
• A master craftsman with strong design and art direction skills.
• Ability to develop an idea from concept to finished artwork, with strong digital knowledge.
• Well-versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand and other relevant design software.
• Sound knowledge of the latest advertising and art direction trends.

任职资格：

• 5年以上业内设计经验，接受过正规的美术、设计方面的训练
• 优秀的设计和创意能力
• 熟练运用PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash等设计软件
• 熟悉互动网络广告行业运作模式和公司设计业务流程及规范
• 执行能力出众
