Responsibilities:

• Import procurement and follow up to make sure on time delivery;
• Deal with custom clearance for imported material with logistic supplier;
• Coordination with internal relative dept. to make procurement smooth;
• Update procurement information on time to make sure that delivery date and price is valid.
• Deal with supplier quality issues on time and make sure not to influence production schedule;
• To do nuclear imported parts safe inspection with government safe inspection institution;
• Optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions to increase profitability of the company ;
• Work closely together with R&D department to support technical aspects of Chinese as well as group product and quality strategies
• Ensure that internal purchasing procedures are followed, monitor results against objectives and take corrective measures in cases of deviation
• Other any duties purchasing supervisor allocated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Engineering, with quality background or equivalent experience

• Approximately 5 years experience, ideally in purchasing or quality management

• Strong technical understanding of the machining ,welding, bending, casting and forging suppliers in China

• Experience in working with technical specifications and technical drawings according to standards (e.g. DIN, EN...)
• Technical understanding for machining process
• Background in Quality Assurance and supplier validation routines
• Good understanding for production and engineering impact of material and on time delivery
• Working with integrated ERP Systems environment, PC tools
• Experience with international organizations (not a must)
• Good command of listening, oral, reading and writting English and Chinese.

• With importing procurement experience is a plus;
