CLERK POSITION FOR CTC GROUPE


1. Business Unit Description

Administrative department in our client premises.


2. Job Description

Clerk to conduct all administrative tasks regarding our client files:


Report checking, Administrative paper work, typing, filing, files back-up and registration. Updating files, forwarding information, collecting and printing reports and comments, saving and submitting reports results and agreement. Sample and technical file registration and shipment. Responsible for its activity under our client engineer authority.


3. Educational background

Colleague graduate at least.

Chinese mother tong and English speaking (comfortable with English)

Comfortable with windows environment


4. Desired Experience

Any experienced as secretary or clerk position is preferred


5. Desired Skills

Easy use of Windows environment

Good communication skill, Hardworking and trustful person


Any know how with "PSS" Software is welcome (trainee will be conducted with selected person)


6. Other Comments / Special Conditions

Nature of the job will necessitate to provide a clear reporting to the mother company. Confidentiality rules and behavior must be strictly followed.
