? Standardize & optimize in-scope payroll processes, enhance related system processing capability upon policy integration to enable payroll & benefits services delivery with higher effectiveness, efficiency, financial productivity and compliance governance.

? Ensure monthly global consultant’s payroll & benefit accuracy and on time delivery

? Vendor management for teaching center’s payment settlement

? Participate in monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and other compensation related programs

? Assist manager to conduct routine management

任职要求：

? Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred with oversea study experiences, major in finance & accounting, business management, science and engineering will be preferred

? Good English

? Integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active, good at communication with people, willing to work under fast speed working condition and industry

? Prefer to have people management experiences

? Prefer to have experiences in incentive program or pay structure designing

? Prefer to have experiences in share economy industry or accounting firm or FMCG

? At least above 3+ years working experiences
