In this role, you will perform relative duties in the Finance department and provide support to the smooth running of financial operations.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

? Cash & Time deposit Management
o Bank payment, including payment/reimbursement application verification, authorization management
o Bank balance monitoring, including foreign exchange conversion when necessary
o Time deposits replacement, renewal and cancellation per Group Treasury’s approval, and the corresponding regulatory registration and filing
o Related policies and procedures update

? Fixed Assets Management
o Registration and booking for fixed assets, intangible assets and prepayments, including the original value, depreciation/amortization, disposal, etc.
o Annual physical check and relative reports
o Related policies and procedures update

? Tax & Invoice Management
o Invoice purchasing, registration, dispatch, etc.
o Monthly tax declaration and settlement
o Withholding tax declaration and settlement
o Internal and external tax reports, reconciliations
o Related policies and procedures update

? General Ledger & Accounting Period Closing Supporting
o Expense, Claim settlement, tax related ledger preparation and booking in SUN system
o Support assistant manager on period closing

? Reporting
o Preparation and submission for part of local authority reports
o Preparation and submission for internal bank and investment reports
o Perform security fund prepayment and clearance
o Support assistant manager on external & internal reporting, external & internal audits, management fee clearance & review, annual CIT clearance and tax inspection

? Others
o Accounting voucher and reports filing and documentary
o Finance chops and electronic devices management
