Job Description:

1. Prepare Test Validation Plan and communicate with Cross-functional & Customer Team for Agreement.

2. Run Test Program Management under Lear VDB/LIMS & Profile System.

3. Closely supervise Test Set-up in compliance with OEM set-up requirement.

4. Closely follow-up of TR Initiation & TIR Timely for Closure.

5. Conduct Testing and witness Test at Seat system & vehicle level in-house and at External Test lab/Source.

6. Co-ordinate Test Plan in compliance to Program Timing Schedule for each Program Milestone.

7. Co-ordinate with Program Engineering team, Plant & Supplier for Test Sample co-ordination.

8. Manage the program testing budget, and control other risk of program.

9. Responsible for analysis of RFQ requirements, test plan, timely delivery and customer feedback.

10. Collaborate and interface with Program Development team to maintain consistency in test setup information and monitor key parameters.

11. Present Test results and attend Program/Customer meeting.

12. Demonstrates analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision making skills

? Bachelor of Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Material Engineering / Electric Engineering etc. and above.

? Minimum 3 years work experience in Automotive Validation&Testing domain, work experience in seating domain will be plus.

? Understanding of Global & Local Automotive Regulatory Requirement

? Understanding of OEM Specification & Test Set-up Procedure.

? Good communication skills and team work.

? Acceptable English skills, both written and spoken. German/Japanese/French skills will be plus.

? Good Office software skills, CAD/VB/VC/JAVA skills will be plus.
