Job Description
- 搜集各种商业和研究资料，包括期刊，网络内容等
- 多渠道寻找海外高质量科技公司与项目，进行调研等
- 为公司内部和外部展示的材料，进行商业分析和筹备
- 核对并修改素材，把关媒体宣传文稿的准确性与质量
- 整理现有客户资料并存档；拓展和开发新客户
- 参加各种展会，论坛，以获取信息，拓展人脉资源，提高公司知名度
- 协助完成产业促进中心及公司交办的其他工作
- Collect various business and research material including PR and publications, online content, and more.
- Finding new information about overseas high-tech companies, and basic research about their activities.
- Business analysis and preparation of research reports and presentations for customers as well as in-house uses.
- Adding and modifying text and media elements; checking entry work for quality and accuracy.
- Handle an existing account portfolio to preserve the customer base. Expand the portfolio by handling up-sales and potential new accounts.
- Attending industry conferences to gather information, expand networks, and enhance corporate knowledge.
工作要求
- 本科学历，偏向于商业，金融，市场，经济，传媒，技术等相关专业
- 中英文流利，较强的沟通与展示能力
- 熟练运用办公软件和熟悉无纸化办公环境
- 海外留学经历与1-2年工作经验优先录取
- 清晰和正确的理解数据库的管理系统
- 工作努力，积极，专注，时间观念强，注重细节
- 熟悉技术，高科技或投资市场优先录取
- BA degree – a must. Preferable majors include: business, finance, marketing, economics, communications, technology or related fields.
- Must be bi-lingual (English-Chinese) and fluent in both languages ；Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Office professional tools and ability to work on paperless environments.
- Overseas study and 1-2 years work experience is a plus.
- Clear understanding of appropriate database management systems
- Sharp, a hard worker, analytic, dedicated, able to complete a task at a timely manner, great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with technology, high-tech, or investment markets – definite advantage.
