Job Description:
- Organize the IT Service Desk;
- Responsible for hardware and software management and maintenance;
- Responsible for IT infrastructure management and maintenance (endpoints/ printers/ /switches/ routers/ VPNs/ firewall/ servers/ TV monitors/ Data backups etc);
- Responsible for network security management including network structure planning, adjusting and optimizing etc.;
- Responsible for IT assets management (desktops/ laptops/ printers etc);
- Take part in and responsible for IT related projects implementation (ERP system upgrading etc).
- Responsible for the implementation of IT policy in the factory and make sure it is in compliance with the Headquarter.
Requirements:
- University degree or above in IT or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years IT working experience, manufacturing factory working experience is preferred.
- Good command of English both in oral and written;
- Experienced in managing external IT Service Providers;
- Solid experience in Windows environments, network technologies, backup technologies, authorization concepts and directory services;
- Experience on ERP system (e.g., Kingdee);
- Strong analysis and trouble shooting skills;
- Owns strong IT security concept and knowledge;
- Owns team work spirit, mature, willing to take responsibility and challenge.
