Responsibilities Include

1. Responsible for preparation and analysis of annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts and variances

2. Responsible for total P&L consolidation process, reporting and analytics for month-end , Outlook, Annual Budget and Strategic Plan

3. Improve visibility, forecasting, consolidation and analysis of results and key metrics while advising Finance Leadership on insights and recommended actions

4. Ability to structure, manage and coordinate projects and processes

5. Utilize business understanding to perform complex financial and statistical analysis that lead to business insights

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics or related field.

2. More than 10 years of relevant financial analysis work experience; with 5-6 years in corporate finance

3. MBA/CFA/CPA preferred

4. Expert skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint and English (Written & Oral)

5. Strong business acumen and commercial intuition required

6. Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses

7. Experience designing financials dashboards to focus managerial attention

8. Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management

9. Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets

10. Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output

11. Strong bias for action and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues

12. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables

13. Enthusiastic work ethic, passion for learning, and acute professional curiosity; able to solve problems with balance of independence and well-solicited input

14. Strong leadership skills generating support and momentum among functional peers

15. Global or multi-national business experience on-the-ground preferred
