1、Provide prompt & professional Sales/ Marketing and Technical Services for key customer and its
OEM supplier and paint applicator.
2、Implement PPG global business strategy.
3、Provide guidance & coach for the local sales and technical service representative and develop
teamwork spirits.
4、Interface and gain rapport with all levels of management and functional departments within SBU
to meet customer’s requirements.
5、Establish and manage customer relationship to ensure customer requirements, issues and
initiatives are met in a timely manner.
6、Manage assigned programs to make sure key deliverables are made, including commercial
issues, proto samples, product build, delivery schedule, material readiness, capacity planning
and communication channels of all parties involved.
7、Help coordinate product readiness at NPI phase to mitigate potential risks to program launch
REQUIREMENTS:
1、A college degree in science or business or equivalent with experience 5 years of sales or technical service experience in liquid coatings is required.
2、Similar industry experience with construction, applicator, architect and developer is a must.
3、Experience in manufacturing and production environment of coating.
4、Ability of multi-tasking and prioritizing to achieve best possible outcome.
