Report to汇报对象: Plant manager 工厂厂长

Responsibilities职责：

• Compile EHS related regulations, organize EHS inspection, identify problems and put forward corrective measure proposal;

编制EHS相关管理规定，组织EHS检查，发现问题并提出处理意见;

• Follow up implementation of corrective measures, direct continuous improvement; Make accidents contingency plans and carry out;

跟踪纠偏措施的落实情况，进行持续改进；制定安全应急预案并实施;

• Lead investigation to find root cause of workplace accidents, put forward solution, clarify responsibility for corrective action and follow up.

组织各类事故的分析调查处理，分析事故原因、提出预防措施及改善方案，落实事故责任，做出妥善处；

• Manage fire protection. Formulate relevant measures, organize fire safety training, inspect regularly to ensure the reliability of fire-fighting facilities;

管理公司的消防安全。制定消防措施、组织消防安全培训以及相关定期演习，定期检查以确保消防设施的可靠性;

• Oversee the operation of facility to make sure facility equipments run in good condition.
• pan>负责工厂设施的日常管理，确保设备处理于良好的工作状态；
• Ensure all operations of facility are in full compliance with state regulations, on-site EHS policies. 确保所有的设施运作符合当地法规和安全规定；
• Monitor facility contractors' work to ensure deadlines are met, quality is aligned with company requirement within pre-determined budget.

监督设施供应商的施工，确保进度和质量满足公司要求，且不超出预算。

• Maintain good cooperation with local Environmental Protection, Safety and other relevant bureau or agencies.

同地方环保、安全部门及其它相关政府单位和机构建立良好合作。

• Support to the new site in Jiaxing for the safety on site management during the construction period;
• pan>协助嘉兴新工厂的施工现场的安全管理。

Requirement要求：

• Bachelor or above degree in environmental/safety engineering or other related disciplines.

安全工程或环境工程，或者其它相关学科大专以上学历。

• 5+ years EHS related experience, at least 1 year as managerial role.

EHS领域3年以上经验。

• Good knowledge of general Chinese EHS procedures and regulations.

熟悉EHS相关政策法律法规。

• General Power Plant Know-How, good experience in plant facility issues including Refrigeration/air-compressor/air-conditioning/lightingsystem/wastewatertreatment/fire-fighting, etc..

动力系统相关知识，制冷站、空压机、空调、照明、消防等方面相关经验。

• Can work in shanghai/Jiaxing for 2 years and long term just in Jiaxing.

可以在上海、嘉兴工作2年，后面长期在嘉兴工作；
