Job Description
上海市 奉贤区

Job Responsibilities：

1. Customer feedback and lead problem solving
2. 8-D setup and follow up
3. Plausibility check of customers' complaints with resident
4. Customer relationship and communication
5. Lead internal cross function for 8-D via FEA/Ishikawa/5 Why for diagnostic
6. Maintain web-8D and monthly KPI reporting of 0-km and field failure

Job Requirements：

Educational Background (Language):

  • English
  • Communication skills
  • Self-management competence
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence

Job Relevant Knowledge:

  • knowledge of engine and vehicle testing
  • in-depth knowledge and experience in the functionality and errors of exhaust gas turbochargers
  • experience in customer service would be an advantage

Work Experience:

  • Knowledge of engine / vehicle is plus
  • Assembly process experience in automotive industrial
  • Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of quality management systems ISO TS ; QS 9000, VDA
  • 0 – 2 years work experience
