Job Duties
Support e-Commerce Operations Services Manager to maintain smooth daily e-Commerce operations in different local markets to drive profits
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
Suggest changes to refine and streamline e-Commerce operations workflows with the goal of optimizing working efficiency and productivity without sacrificing quality;
Prepare training documentation and coach team members to use technical solutions to run online business appropriately
Formulate and prepare Test Case and Scripts, Administration and User Guide, Training Material etc.
Work with 3rd party vendors/partners to enhance product offering, partnership and enhancement
Collaborate with IT technical team, contribute to IT solutions, and ensure project deliverables meet the business needs
Work with all relevant parties to define/refine and document Standard Operating Procedure for business to adopt and follow
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices and be involved in the Worldwide community of digital payment
Coordinate the project outstanding actions and follow up on client requirements to ensure project is proceeding on the right track
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration, or related disciplines
5 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce/3rd party e-Marketplace, mobile, multi-channel and/or digital system integration
Strong problem solving, analytical skill and patience with a demonstrate high attention to detail
Passionate about Digital or E-commerce trends
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing industry and marketplace
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
