• The organization of materials, equipment, labor to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Cost reduction, schedule, targets, scrap/waste control, efficiency improvements
• Has responsibility for ensuring that health, safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to the production and warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility in accordance with 5S and Visual Factory philosophy.
• Coordinate with departments to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
• Responsible for the establishment of all shift production schedules.
• Management and development of department staff.
• Assist in developing capital expenditure recommendations based on capacity requirements.
• Analyze and setup production operations and initiate actions to ensure efficient material flow.

Minimum Requirements (Skills/education/experiences, etc.) 最低任职要求(技能/教育程度/经验等):

• University degree or above in relevant major
• Has preferably experience in rubber (or plastics) industry in a production related role
• Has a broad knowledge relating to automotive component suppliers.
• Has knowledge on automatic transportation systems
• Is a good communicator and gets on well with people at all levels
• Has good time management and planning skills
• Can organize and motivate labor within the production area
• Fluent in English.
• Has worked in a similar role in a manufacturing company for more than 3 years
