Job Description
上海市 浦东新区
  • Provide Implementation support to hotels in China
  • Handle customer queries through communication channels such as Emails & Calls
  • Engage with customer on their requirement and provide solutions
  • Provide L1 support to Hotel representatives during Implementation process
  • Ensure quality is maintain during the completion of job
  • Pre Migration Support to be provided on the day of migration so that migration is successful
  • Follow Up on Checklist which has steps related to implementation of new Guest Reservation System at hotels and ensure steps are taken
  • Post Migration Support
  • Voice experience with good Mandarin communication Skills

岗位要求:

1. Soft skills – Open for customer service and voice process

2. Proficient in written, spoken Mandarin & English language

3. Graduates in Hospitality will be preferred
