Primary Responsibility:

• Be responsible for the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities in the plant.

• Plant layout development

• Develop work instructions & procedures for preventive maintenance work of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.

• To plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimate on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.

• Be responsible for fire protection system, and provide support to health and safety initiatives.

• Be responsible for building utilities, their distribution, maintenance, servicing and cost control.

• Be responsible for the physical security for the various sites by managing card access, camera systems and outside security personnel.

• Manage and implement the Preventive Maintenance programs for telecommunications equipment and services.

• Will coordinate joint activities with outside contractors and ensure all contractors compile with company EHS guidelines.

• Work as a cross-functional team member for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

• Work as trainer and coach for FE technicians.

Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of related experience.
