Key Responsibilities

Implement supply chain/logistics/warehouse projects and deliver effective solutions to help enhancing service level, improving process and cost efficiencies/saving

Delivery management and third-party vendor (3PL) management

Report and analyse on warehouse, inventory and sales data to support company growth

Provide full spectrum of supports including procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance

Involve in developing, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures and guidelines

Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Perform duty as assigned


Key Requirements

Education

Bachelors Degree (4 year)

Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management or equivalent, etc


Experience

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in supply chain or logistics field. Experience in using ERP is a plus


Good analytical and problem-solving skill

Well-organized, Self-motivated, Good inter-personal, Problem-solving skills, and Communication skills

Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese word processing

Effective written and oral communication both in English and Chinese.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work in foreign environments.

Immediate available is highly preferred.
