Client/Stakeholder Management
1 Deliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
2 Build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levels
3 Monitor procedures to ensure client’s expectations are co***eyed and worked upon
Procurement & Vendor Management
1 Manage multiple vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget
2 Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practices
Contracts Management
1 Ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics
2 Monitor expiry of contracts and initiate re-procurement if needed
3 Continually assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the client
Fi***ce Management
1 Ensure that the site’s fi***cial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
2 Assist and monitor fi***cial processes to ensure account payable procedures are followed at all times
Health & Safety Management
1 Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working e***ironment
2 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Site Operations Management
1 Implement Industry Best Practice operations
2 Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
3 Ensure all Critical E***ironment (CEM) requirements are met
4 Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards
5 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
Risk Management
1 Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program
2 Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans
3 Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
4 Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience
Ideal Experience
1 Min. 2 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
2 Experience of working in Banking e***ironment
3 Knowledge of local health and occupational safety requirements
4 Knowledge of critical facilities
5 Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
6 Knowledge of technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
7 Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
8 Strong budget management and fi***cial analysis skills
