岗位职责:

1协助完善质量体系搭建,制定质量检验标准;

2、参与产品�_开发流程, 建立新产品质量�z����;

3、主导供应商质量管理; 协助处理客户的投诉，完成8D报告

4、依据公司产品、原材料检验标准,负责组织对原材料、半成品、成品实施检验,确保产品符合产品质量的要求;

5、依据公司产品的质量标准,确保监视测量装备及实施检验的方式方法的有效性; 监控过程控制的稳定性，完成纠正措施，减少品质隐患

6、依据ISO三合一体系要求,组织内外部评审,确保环境、职业健康、质量的监督控制与记录的可追溯性.

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,理工类或相关专业;

2、有5年以上制造业品管工作经验;

3、具备ISO质量体系认证管理知识、质量管理,熟悉供应商考评方法及流程等;能编制,规划质量体系,方案;具备计量管理知识;

4、熟悉冲��,�鹤�,钣金、注塑、机加工工艺的��先考�];熟练使用office办公软件,具备良好工作计划、质量问题原因分析、处理、统计等能力;

5、有较强的沟通、组织、协调与书面表达能力,质量问题处理原则性强,有职业质量经理人相关培训履历者优先;

6、工作地点为中山港口镇。

Job Responsibilities:

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering or related major;

2. Have more than 5 years working experience in manufacturing quality management experience;

3. With ISO quality system certification management knowledge, quality management, familiar with supplier evaluation methods and processes; can prepare, plan quality system, program; have measurement management knowledge;

4. Familiar with the manufacturing process of stamping, injection molding, die casting, machining process is definitely advantage; skilled use of office office software, with good work plan, quality problem analysis, processing, statistics and other capabilities;

5. Have strong communication, organization, coordination and written expression skills, quality issues in principle, strong, professional quality management related training resume is preferred.
