Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree in related field (visual communication, copywriting, design or related field)
• Minimum 2 years experience in events, design, branding, advertising agency
• Exceptional sense of aesthetics and ability to build mood boards / visual direction
• Fantastic communication skills to develop proposals and work closely with the

creative team to bring these visions to life

• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Understanding of latest trends and technology used to elevate guest experiences
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage deadlines effectively
• Enthusiastic personality and team player
• Fluency in English (Bilingual for bonus points

Responsibilities

• Creating beautiful visual design concepts for an experiential guest journey
• Build decks to communicate your ideas, designs and concepts with the teams.
• Provide leadership, inspiration and management to drive projects forward and

improve the quality of creative output across the company
