Job Description:

• Strong communication with Chinese customers and overseas partners for the seafreight export business, and properly arrange the seafreight shipment export to overseas according to SOP.
• Good contact with carrier and local suppliers for the booking space, sailing schedule, services, and negotiate for the competitive rates.
• Follow up the shipment export from shipper’s factory till destination side: cargo pick up arrangement, warehouse report, sailing schedule, pre-alert and etc, keep all the update information to overseas and Chinese customers.
• Check with warehouse for the shipment’s status, and make sure all the export goods are in good packing condition before sailing.
• Prepare the all documents, bill of lading and timely issue the invoice to the customers and the debit / credit notes to overseas.
• Update all the shipment data, booking information into company’s system.
• Look after each shipment’s P&L and chase the payment from shippers.
• Set up good relationship with customer/vendors to ensure the smooth operations and business development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in seafreight export operation / customer service.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Sufficient knowledge of import and export and logistics business.
• Strong communication skills and positive.
• Good at Microsoft Office.
