Job Responsibilities/主要职责：

• Daily monitor the product quality status.

• 监控产品质量状态。

• Handle and take immediately actions to solve the quality issues from plant and customer site, including QPR, BPS and others.

• 处理并及时采取措施解决来自厂内及客户处的质量问题，包括QPR，BPS等。

• Develop and maintain process quality control plan (PCP), incoming inspection WI and related quality record format, Visual standard, etc.

• 负责编制并维护控制计划、来料检验作业指导书等与质量相关的文件。

• Coach operator conducting PCP correctly and relative quality activities.

• 对操作工等相关人员培训控制计划等相关质量文件。

• Take part in project management through APQP and attain all customer PPAPs on time per customer schedule.

• 参与新项目的质量控制和策划，根据客户要求的时间节点完成PPAP的提交和批准。

• Collect and analyze process quality data coming from production line like FTQ, Cpk, scrap to lead CI activities.

• 收集并分析FTQ, Cpk,报废等质量数据以便采取有效措施达到持续改进。

• Track all corrective and preventive actions status.

• 跟踪所有纠正和预防措施的状态。

Requirements/要求:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical area.

• 机械类本科学历

• More than 3 years working experience in quality of automotive components manufacturing enterprises.

• 3年以上汽车零部件制造企业质量方面工作经验

• Good personal communication skill

• 有良好的沟通技能

• Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

• 能很好地读懂各种图纸，包括理解形位公差尺寸

• Practical knowledge and experience of IATF16949

• 熟悉IATF16949

• Able to understand and apply SPC tools to process control.

• 能理解并运用SPC工具于过程控制中

• Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English.

• 能很好地用英语进行沟通，包括口头和书面

• Be familiar to PDP, P/DFMEA, PCP, MSA, etc.

• 熟悉PDP, P/DFMEA, PCP及MSA等

• Good people skills and critical problem solving skills

• 良好的人际关系和问题解决能力。
