Job Description
岗位职责:
  • Reports information submitted by departments accurately and timely to the GM.
  • Handles confidential information letters, reports and documents, answers telephone calls and takes messages for the GM.
  • Communicates and makes phone calls for GM when requested.
  • Assures GM’s and GM Secretary’s Offices are kept clean and organized.
  • Composes letters and emails as requested.
  • Schedules, reserves and arranges GM meetings.
  • Performs GM travel arrangements when requested.
  • Is willing to accompany GM on travel if required.
  • Maintains a positive and professional image and Confidentiality of the GM to all internal and external customers at all times.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


任职资格:

Excellent Written and Translation in English
Good problem solving skills, detail-oriented, organized, responsible, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
Flexible and a good team player.
Ability to Work Independently
Positive and Confident Attitude
Good Communication Skills
Flexible with Schedule
Possess ability to Multi task & Prioritize
