Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing hierarchical user community, including but not limited to answering questions, communication, maintaining relationships, optimizing operational processes, etc.
- Responsible for operational metrics of new, active, retained, and converted customers. Monitoring daily operational data and providing real-time analysis to provide direction and strategy guidance.
- Plan online and offline community activities, and use SNS tools to improve user activity and improve community relationships and retention.
- Responsible for the management of various online teams, including sourcing, recruiting and training new members.
- Regularly plan activities in cooperation with the marketing team to attract more users and increase the target conversion rate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above,excellent copywriting skills
- Strong hands on data analysis experience with excellent logic and a passion for driving results through data.
- Passionate about community and content marketing, building out communities, and event planning.
- Strong communicator and team player, self-motivated with a strong ability to work and thrive under pressure.
- Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
