Job Description

?Hands on experience in installation, trouble shooting of Laptop, Desktop and office equipment. (L1 / L2 support, both in person and remote)

? Service desk ,IT asset management

? Coordination with client IT for access, troubleshooting.

? Awareness of Standard IT process and policies and Ensuring IT security of computing infrastructure in line with Company Security policies

? Responsible for overall IT infrastructure stability, resiliency and performance including Server room and network physical and virtual resources

? Providing expert “hands on” IT infrastructure and end-user support as necessary

? Coordinates and works with resources (internal and external) to meet established project milestones and to achieve project deliverables

? Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors for procurement of IT equipment as per business/project needs

? Reviews all new and updated processes and procedures introduced into the production environment to insure SLA compliance

? Manage response to alerts and notifications of after-hours activity

? Tier-2 support as required

? Off-hour support as required. Expected to be available in shift timings in case of requirement

? Knowledge of windows operating systems ,Networking Domains


任职要求:

? Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of an Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or university with a degree in computer sciences or a related discipline, plus 3 years of experience

? Good Communication Skills in English ( Written and Verbal)

? Experience working distributed team across the globe

? IT Asset management

? Able to identify, prioritize, and solve complex server and network-related problems

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to all levels of the organization

? Strong customer service orientation

? Willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, geographically dispersed environment

? ITIL, CCNA ,Huawei Network certification and ISO27K Knowledge is preferred

? Knowledge of windows domain ,DHCP ,DNS ,Networking

? LAN /VLAN , L3 and L2 switching knowledge

? Corporate Antivirus and Patch management

? Basic firewall knowledge

? Network troubleshooting

? Desktop /laptop troubleshooting,

? Basic Knowledge of IP telephony

? Experience in working in Branch office Administration
