Job description

• create and review WIs, process time and shop floor layouts for current and new products’ production

• identify production problems, find root cause, conduct meeting, develop and coordinate temporary solution, report issue

• issue engineering change requests (ECRs) including the problem’s thorough description and solution or improvement proposals

• take part in the DfM process, including design reviews and sample evaluation

• change management: update WIs and shop floor layouts according to BOM changes

• carry out new parts sample evaluations

• design tools, fixtures and gauges for processing and testing

• perform regular initial production line inspection for WI and shop floor layout adherence

• find solutions to increase automation level

• provide technical support for vendor sided tooling and processes (injection molding, die casting, sheet metal working, machining)

• deliver a weekly activity report including the time needed per project/product

Qualification任职要求：

1. At least 5yrs experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

至少5年在生产制造行业的ME或IE工程师工作经验。

2. Familiar with electromechanical assemblies, preferably with lighting products.

熟悉电子电动机械组件，***有照明产品的相关经验。

3. Knowledge of plastic parts, casting parts, extrusion parts & sheet metal parts, gluing process.

掌握塑胶件，铸造件，冲压件&钣金件，粘合过程。

4. Basic knowledge of image manipulation and drawing software as well as Word and Excel.

基本掌握图像处理的基础知识和3D画图软件，熟练掌握Word和Excel。

5. Good written and reading English is a must, English speaking is a plus.

英语要求读写熟练。
