Hr,Admin Manager (人事,行政经理 )
职位描述
Fully responsible for the HR & Admin operation activities, support China sourcing director to ensure the smooth operation in the company. Responsible for daily division human resource functions, policies, programs, recruiting, training development, C&B, performance appraisal, employee relationship, admin.Management, etc.
Responsibilities:
Hr
Human resource planning
- Works closely with China global sourcing director as a strategic business partner to ensure HR strategies are aligned to support the growth and profitability of the business including HR program regarding attracting, developing and retaining people.
- Yearly HR planning and implementation in terms of Staff budget, total headcount forecast, salary and benefit forecast,Resources Plan, Training Plan others plan in related to actual business needs.
- Continuously plans, updates and improves for HR policies, procedures, process, systems to meet the business needs based on change of reality.
Recruitment
- Establish and organize employee recruitment procedure and internal personnel flow management procedures
- Ensure the use of more effective & innovative recruitment channels to fill staffing gaps efficiently and effectively in support of business needs.
- Analyze job role definition, draft job description and improve the job design, so as to ensure updagted JD for each position, develop and better allocate the HR for each department based on company development needs.
Training
- Develop and drive the employee training program.
Performance appraisal
- Performance appraisal; job evaluation and development.
Compensation
- Monitoring & processing monthly payroll including salary program and Bonus program.
- Deal with staff employment, dismissal procedures such as labor contract, relative procedure of employment , social insurance, housing fund.
labor relations
- Maintains a harmonious, labour relationship within the company to ensure company sustainable development.
- Keep close communication with the employees to implement HR policies and practice, help employees resolve their HR problems.
- Actively engage in, provide ideas and solutions for labor matters and disputes.
- Nurture and develop a positive and innovative company culture, and initiate actions to strengthen the culture.
Team Management & communication :
- Lead and Coach HR,Admin team to ensure team performance and engagement.
- Manage the necessary communication with HQ.
- Oversee & Manage the renewal & application of working permits for expatriates.
ADMIN
- Set up & Maintain administrative procedure, policy, and systems to ensure the Admin. supporting to other divisions.
Admin budget management
- Management admin budget to ensure all admin activities in line with budget.
- Proactively find opportunity to optimize the cost efficiency and also the service quality
Agency management
- Manage all external agencies, like travel agency, hotel, delivery, It,stationary, office equipment maintaining vendors etc to ensure the service quality and also the daily operation.
- Supervise or evaluate the agency performance regulaly and take follow up actions to drive the service quality
Daily admin operation management
- Ensure daily office admin mgt. to meet internal needs and provide a right working environment.
- Monitor the procurement of office supply, stationary and other office fixed assets and admin daily operation
- Supervise the company drivers to serve the reliable services.
- Manage office fit-out, maintenance, office moving, relocation seating arrangement and update, etc
- Manage, negotiate lease contracts of office and for expatriates
- Ensure the timely renewal or termination of the contracts, and smooth move activities, by centrally managing.
- Manage and coordinate departmental and company meetings and events as required
- Control and develop label suppliers in China
- Oversee & Manage the renewal of all kinds of company license/certificates and in charge of their extension as well as the company annual inspection.
- Ensure office environment &security to be safe.
ACCOUNTING
- Reimbursement checking
- Income tax declaration
- Working with HQ accountant
- Company budget control
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Over 8 years experience in human resources, administration management for a multinational company.
- HR professional with skills and generalist experience in training, recruitment, C&B, employee relations and communications are required.
- Familiar with HR related Policies and Regulations.
- Detail oriented and well organized, have strong sense of integrity and work ethic, committed to results.
- Strong leadership and coaching skill.
- Team oriented and corporate minded and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills that focus on clarity and simplicity.
- Keen to take new challenges.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, service oriented with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills, can work under pressure.
- Able to take multi-tasks and be hands-on in carrying out HR responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with MS office, especially Excel and PPT.
- Good command of English in both written and oral ,French will be preferred.
