Responsibilities


  • Inspection coordinator team management and coordination
  • Coordinate and arrange inspection schedules with inspectors
  • Communicate with clients & suppliers for inspection organization
  • Prepare inspection schedule log and other relevant documents
  • Report checking and sending
  • Inspector expense and allowance checking
  • To support inspection client for seasonal review and data analysis
  • To use and maintain inspection software
  • Administrative paper work: typing, filing, files back-up and registration, updating files, forwarding information, collecting and printing reports and comments, saving and submitting reports results and agreement. Sample and technical file registration and shipment.
  • Document control as per Standard Operative Procedure
  • To review and understand CTC Shanghai quality manuals, procedure and guidelines.
  • To insures daily quality task according to company rules of confidentiality and impartiality.
  • Other work assigned per superior
  • To do semiannual training for the coordination team
  • To monitor the coordinator tasks and ensure targets achieved by all coordinators


Requirement:

  • Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in inspection coordination work
  • Familar with inspection workflow
  • Experienced in managing team of qualified coordinators
  • Familar with inspection quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions according to ISO/IEC 17020 as well as audit preparation and process
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft excel word PPT)
  • Perfect Chinese speaking and writing and fluent in English
  • Organized and must be very rigorous in the work
  • Dynamic & Hard worker
  • Can work under big pressure
