岗位职责 Job Discriptions

1. 执行设备经理的指示，直接对设备经理负责。

Execute equipment manager's instructions, directly responsible for the equipment manager.

2. 确保新设备的安装调试和验收在规定的时间内完成。

Ensure that the new equipment installation，debugging and acceptance to complete within the schedule time.

3. 负责主管设备的提升、备品备件的管理、项目验收的全过程。

Responsible for the equipment improvement, spare parts management as well as process of the project acceptance.
4. 每日检查主管设备的运行状况，发现异常和偏差立即处理和纠正。

Daily check the running status of director of equipment and correct immediately if found abnormal and deviation.

5. 设备发生故障时应迅速到达现场组织故障检修，并及时向经理报告。

Equipment failure should be arrived at the scene to organized troubleshooting immediately, and promptly report to the manager.
6. 负责制定主管设备的维修保养计划，工作标准及对下属提供培训。

Responsible for the equipment maintenance plan, work standards and provide training to your subordinates.

7. 定期统计设备运行状况的分析报告，提出整改方案。

Statistical analysis of equipment operation on a regular basis, the paper puts forward for improvement scheme.

8. 负责技术档案管理工作，包括设备维修保养记录；故障处理记录；设备改进记录。

Responsible for management of technical archives, including equipment maintenance records; troubleshooting records; equipment improvement record.

9. 执行部门经理的指令，落实岗位责任制，督导下属严格遵守员工守则。

Executive department manager's instructions, to carry out the post responsibility system, supervising subordinates strictly abide by the company’s regulations and policies.
10. 检查下属的岗位纪律，执行操作规程，工作质量与效率；发现问题立即纠正。

岗位要求 Job Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化、电子信息、应用激光等专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics ,Electronic information, applied laser, etc.

2. 5年以上相关工作经验，熟悉半导体行业生产现场设备

3. 良好的团队管理能力，沟通能力及组织能力。

Good team management ability, strong communication and organization skills.

4. 良好的中英文能力。
