Job Purpose

PA team is looking for an experienced and self-driven talent to take the PA Program Manager role. This role is designed to take the lead in BDX China level PA programs, including hospital management, medication management, AMR, patient safety, women and new born health, oncology and global health related programs.

This role is to support PA team to take on project-based initiatives, including communicating with Global/AP/BDX China stakeholders as well as managing various external stakeholders like Int’l NGOs and semi-gov’t agencies to accomplish business goal, and be in align with the company policies and procedures.

Major Accountabilities

§ Enhances company image/reputation through effective project-based branding campaigns and take in part of different BDX China level corp. communications activities

§ Lead key internal comm. campaigns and events

§ Effective issue owner for hospital management and oncology through holistic PA approach working closely with businesses and global, including issue identification, stakeholder mapping, value messaging, tools development, external stakeholder engagement etc.

§ Handle or contact NGO partners on needs basis

§ Drive gov’t programs

§ Be compliant with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations

§ Other ad hoc work that assigned by the functional head.

§ Can take business travel aperiodically, and can work under pressure and deadlines

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in Clinical Medicine Science

Languages: Advanced Chinese writing, excellent English skill in writing and speaking

Experience: 8 -10 year plus sales and marketing background is a must Highly self-motivated, smart, detail-oriented, highly self-disciplined Has passion for PA and communications and loves to interact with people 2-3 year plus project management experiences Good team player, fast learner
